Celebrate

Part of our mission at the Church of the Nativity is to ”celebrate our life together” by gathering together regularly at the church building and in our homes for friendship, fellowship, food, and fun, extending hospitality to one another and to angel strangers in our midst.  Some of our “Celebrate” involvements:

Twelfth Night
An annual banquet and show catered by profressionals and performed by members. A rollicking, good time to celebrate our Lord’s presence in our midst.

Shrove Tuesday Supper
A traditional “fat feast” of pancakes and all the trimmings normally put on by the men of the parish, and featuring a reprise of some Twelfth Night offerings.

Simple Social Lunches
These monthly luncheons, held after the late service on the second Sunday of each month, are simple, with foods brought by attendees or purchased by cash donations, a time for us to celebrate with one another and with our guests.

Special Outings
Men, women children, families and groups of all ages sponsor occasional events and outings to rejoice and celebrate together.
