Leading the New Generation
Our ministry exists to bring children into age appropriate WORSHIP where they can BELONG to the family of God, GROW in their relationship with Christ, learn to SERVE and then go SHARE Christ in the world!
Our Children’s Ministry is led by a team of staff and volunteers whose passion is children and whose vision is to “Connect Kids to God and to Others”! Our goal is to provide a fun and interactive program tailored just for kids no matter what age and grade to help them know Jesus and grow spiritually as they build meaningful relationships with other children and adults!
Please note all Nativity's Children Programs are currently on hold due to Covid-19.
We provide professional nursery care for our 10 am service in a clean, safe, and loving environment
Our dedicated and caring staff will give excellent attention to your child's needs. From infants to toddlers, children are provided with toys and activities designed to fit their specific needs and to develop them where they are.
Certainly, we do our best to try to connect them with Bible stories and songs that will resonate in their hearts and point them toward God and His Word at a very young age. We look forward to serving you and your family.
The Godly Play program is a Montessori based religious education program. It uses an imaginative approach to working with children, an approach that supports, challenges, nourishes and guides their spiritual exploration.
Godly Play presents Biblical stories to the children and then asks “wondering “ questions to help the children explore their relationship with God. Our Godly Play class includes grades preschool to first grade, the mix enriches the discussion and the interaction between the age groups is supportive and loving.
Have fun in the JAM (Jesus and Me) Club! Kids in second, third, and fourth grade learn to find their way through the Bible and apply it to their lives, becoming familiar with traditional and informal prayer, asking questions about their faith, and enjoying a variety of activities and crafts.
Young Life is a kick back of high-school students who want to have fun, eat, and get to know each other. But it’s even more. You talk about important things and hear how they relate to your faith. Some of the kids go to church, some don’t, but each one wants to be in a place where they talk freely and not be judged.
Boroughs Young Life meets the first and third Saturday of each month at the home of Fr. Michael McKinnon (pastor of Holy Trinity Anglican Church) in Marlborough. For questions, contact Jennie O’Leary, Young Life staff, at , or call Dianne Vanacore at 508-667-7660.
