The Holy Sacrament of Baptism

We welcome everyone — adults, students, children, and infants — into the family of God through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. In baptism we are united to Christ in his death and resurrection, become members in the Church, receive God's grace and forgiveness, and are blessed with new life in the Holy Spirit. If you are an adult that intends to be baptized, or you would like your child to be baptized, please fill out the respective form below.

If you desire, we will fully immerse children 6 y/o and older. Would you prefer full immersion?

In order to baptize a child at Nativity Church we require that the family is committed to being an integral part of the local church community and is committed to bringing the child to worship regularly. This is signified by parental membership and regular attendance.

The Sacramental rite of Confirmation

In Confirmation, God, through the bishop's prayer for daily increase in the Holy Spirit, strengthens the believer for Christian Life in the service of Christ and his kingdom. Grace is God's gift, and we pray that he will pour out his Holy Spirit on those who have already been made his children by adoption and grace in Baptism.

If you have been confirmed in another denomination that recognizes Apostolic Succession (such as the Roman Catholic Church) we invite you to be received by the Bishop into the Anglican Communion after reaffirming your Baptismal vows.
