Annual Events
A Snapshot of our Community Events!
Lessons & Carols
On the Sunday after Christmas, we gather for a beautiful service of Scripture and music, weaving together the story of Christ’s birth through timeless readings and carols. A peaceful and reflective way to celebrate the season!
Mardi Gras & Shrove Tuesday Dinner
Laissez les bons temps rouler! The night before Lent, we feast with a New Orleans-style celebration, complete with pancakes, authentic Creole dishes, music, and games. This lively event is not just about fun—it’s also a fundraiser supporting our ministry with Worcester Fellowship.
Lenten Retreat
A sacred space for reflection and renewal, our day-long contemplative retreat offers a chance to deepen your faith and journey more intentionally through the season of Lent.
Community Easter Egg Hunt
A town favorite! Each year, Nativity’s sprawling lawn is transformed into a sea of hidden eggs, just waiting to be discovered by eager children. Held on the Saturday before Palm Sunday, this joyful event welcomes families for fun and fellowship.
Blessing of the Animals
As part of Creation Season (September through October), we invite the community to bring their beloved pets for a special blessing. This cherished tradition reflects our commitment to the stewardship of all God’s creatures.
Marie's Mission Community Baby Shower
Each May, we host a baby shower—not for a single family, but for hundreds! We collect diapers and essential baby items to support Marie’s Mission, a diaper bank serving over 500 families in Worcester. Guests enjoy games, refreshments, and the joy of giving, ensuring that families in need receive the care and support they deserve.
Northborough Helping Hands Partnership
At Nativity, we live out our faith through action. Each year, we support Northborough Helping Hands with holiday giving trees, winter gear drives for children, and hands-on service in packing Thanksgiving food baskets for local families.
